They have actually busted meth labs set up in Laughlin hotels... would be they have done it in Vegas, too.

I don't understand why anyone would stay anywhere besides the top hotels with prices being so cheap. You won't have that problem at Wynn, Cosmo, Bellagio, etc.

Not cheap on weekends. Plus everybody's budget is different.

We travel to Vegas at least twice a year and it stinks of cheap weed. I come from CO so I'm spoiled. But it's everywhere. You can't avoid it..

Interesting fact: My lease states that this is an FHA (HUD) property and as such it is illegal here and grounds for eviction.
Cannot stand cigarette smoke. Rather have the sweet smell of Cannabis.

In vegas right now at the Plaza on Fremont

We were there Mid March. First visit in about 25 years. First thing we noticed when we got out of the Cab at the Mirage: Pot Smoke. Went inside, no problem. Got our room, no problem (the $20 upgrade trick does work)

Went back outside, across the street, pot smell everywhere.

Now our understanding of the weed laws was that one cannot consume it in public. But obviously, that rule is not enforced. Many of the casinos had whiffs of it, and outdoors, well, the center strip was ripe with reefer. So Yes, Vegas has embraced the weed culture.

Personally, I am all for recreational weed. I enjoyed it while I was there, but I stuck with edibles. Smoke of any type does not sit well with my lungs.

Raiders and Weed....Vegas has embraced both.

Well awhile back I stayed at the Aria and nothing could be further from the truth. They were smoking pot right at the slot machines and Video Poker. Security said nothing. This was the same night a Hip Hop Rapper had his birthday party after which there was a shooting in the garage.

Your perception of who's smoking pot is about 50 years behind!
