I'm looking at property that backs up to 215 near the Ann Rd exit. The only other post I found in relation to this is from 2009 and I know the area has certainly expanded since then. How bad is the noise created by the traffic on 215, both inside your home and outside?

Thanks in advance!

The 215 is down a bit from the surface there. I doubt you can hear it unless something is going on inside the house. Probably hear it in the backyard. That is not a very busy stretch of the 215 though.

I would suggest visiting it during the rush hours to get a view.

I live in the general area a mile from the 95 and a couple from the 215 and I can hear highway noise in the evening. So a little noise is certain. Doubt a problem inside though.

Yes, I have family in the general area that is going to scope out the noise in the particular neighborhood. We plan on putting in a pool, so I would hate for our "oasis" to turn into a noisy one.

Thank you
