Mdovell, very good point! This is something that a lot of people do not consider. We are currently at a crossroads that a vast majority of the "baby boomers" are reaching retirement age. Many are in fact, retiring early, when it's possible, because they want to enjoy their retirement years. This uptick in retirment gives a pretty large open space for the "Gen x-ers" and the "millenials" to fill in the gaps. Granted its not as much experience as those that are leaving. But it's a start.
