Recent discussion was in the City of Las Vegas. I believe Clark County and Henderson have had them outlawed for a long time. The question though is does anyone pay any attention?

It is a particular development called the Desert Shores Villas which has a Soaring Gull Address. . It was a condo conversion a couple of years ago. Turned into the condos from hell. I believe they have had the swimming pools closed for the last couple of years and the gates are missing after being run into multiple times. It is turning into a rental place without the discipline of common management.

Even with heavy security it is troubled. Would not be surprised if the Association ends up bankrupt. The units are close to impossible to sell even at great discounts.
