I was just wondering if anyone works for the Las Vegas Deputy City Marshals, or know anyone who works for them. Are they a good department?? Does anyone have any complaints or heard any complaints?

I don't have any specific information regarding the Marshall's department, but I do know that law enforcement gets paid very well out here and they are usually hiring.

Law enforcement jobs with Metro are really easy to get, and like DM3 said, pay pretty well.

Don't know anything about the Marshals though...

They are easy to get, but it takes about a year to go through all of the processes and actually get an offer. The Marshals are worse. I had a friend that went a year and a half and then finally took another job. A month later, the marshals called him.

The process is the same in any city. My sister is in law enforcement in WI and goes through the same kinds of waits.

But the Vegas metro is pretty desperate right now. I'd imagine that they're speeding it up as much as possible.
