Can you briefly count me the good and bad areas to live for Las Vegas?
even a several word list would do, but any extra info or experiences are also appreciated, or your criteria as well.

I would think YOUR criteria would be more useful...

"Good" means different things to different people.

The good verses bad areas/neighborhoods changed dramatically after the crash and major influx of out of state investors....combine that with the relative transient nature of this town and you have a better idea that things change, often quickly...usually for the worse !

If you are in Las Vegas. So please stay away from the bad neighborhood and also, stay away from the solicit prostitution, and stay away from the cops. Do not talk anybody or anyone else. So please be careful.

Find an area you like. Go to Zipdatamaps - Data, Demographics and Maps for US Zip Codes, Cities, Neighborhoods and Counties and put in the zip code for all the information you need

Yes and you forgot the realtors representing these out of state investors, they are equally money hungry people who do not care about the status of their clients. Speaking from experience here, 3 years in a row dealing with investor owned properties and their lousy drug using tenants and CC&R violators.
