I got to diversify some more. This is a cash deal. 200k to use at most. Before I talk to a RE agent, feel free to recommend one, I could use a little info. I currently live in LA. Thank you so much.

I hear Trump Tower has some deals right around 200K right now. Apparently foreign investors have been dumping their holdings there. Might be a little bit of a roller coaster while the Donald is doing his campaign thing, but after the limelight is not so bright on him (or he becomes President) that property should stabilize. It's a quality property.

Of course, there are always god deals available if you know where to look. It's just that sometimes they are easier to find than others.

My wife is a RE agent. DM me if you would like her contact info.

It would seem you really do not understand this market/area.

The Good " areas and the "bad" ones are all intermingled even within an area code you just can;t break it up like that till you see it for yourself.

Drive 1 block or turning a corner can make all the difference in the world. So a zip code will do you little good .

Don't think there isn't money to be made in bad areas.

you could buy 2 100k condos that rent for 800-900 a month. still selling for 50% of what they sold for at peak pricing.
