IIRC, #7 has been eliminated. The state overrode and eliminated Clark County's registration requirement.

No 72 hour wait anymore. Blue card or not. In fact, no more blue cards.

Also are there any good areas around Las Vegas for shooting. Not sure what the rules are.

Clark County itself has a huge shooting center up at the north end of the valley. There are also a few huge looking gun clubs. A number of gun stores have indoor ranges. And if you look, you can probably find areas on empty BLM land out of town where you can shoot.

Or just be like the legions of yahoos who fire guns indiscriminately around Frenchman's Mountain. A neighbor had a bullet go through her bedroom window a few weeks ago.

This is the local version of "gun safety."

And you know this was from a sportsman on the mountain and not a gang banger?

I see the yahoos up the side of Frenchman's behaving like morons. They're not gang members. (Unless there's a new gang out there called the "Dip[excrement]s.")

PS -- Calling these people "sportsmen" is an insult to the words "sports" and "men." They're just dip[excrement]s with guns behaving like fools. Plenty of those all over this country. But Las Vegas attracts them like flies on [excrement]. Because they have [excrement] for brains.

I would like to find a remote place that is safe to shoot without endangering anyone.
