hello all. i have a question about mailing things. i want to mail a hand-made authentic balisong (or butterfly knife) to my niece. it was made by my uncle in the philippines/batangas. its kinda like a family tradition that we all get one from him and i want to mail hers. should i encounter any problems trying to send it to her via mail to california ? thanks in advance !

oh lol thing is, i took my butterfly knife via airplane about 2 years ago. although it was checked into my luggage. lol def. not a hand carry item
