I was injured at work a while ago and im expecting a settlement from my workmans comp. Should i hire an attorney? Attorney will get 33%.

Maybe. But I have my doubts. You will probably end up splitting with a lawyer what you would have gotten on your own without an attorney. Whichever way you go, I would bet that you still end up doing all the work yourself. I'd ask people who have done it both ways.
