have you EVER been to BC or the Dam? BC is a thousand feet about the lake lever and it the dam breaks water runs downhill not up ....

Today a article came out on MSN that over 66,000 bridges in the USA are deemed unfit. With the increase in traffic increased weight loads and mother nature it is a recipe for many disasters. Congress is just sitting around as usual doing nothing instead of being pro active and only reactive after the damage is done.

Yes. Many people think LV soil is sand. It's not. It's heavy clay for the most part. The flood control systems have been vastly improved over the years. It used to be that a car would float away on Charleston every time it would rain.
