At $1000 a hand anything, they'll give him anything he wants, comp-wise. They may even give him a rebate on his losses.

He should arrange a host before he gets there, and have his Macau host set that up (they most likely would be happy to.) His rating will likely carry over directly.
At least in the high limit pit where I dealt the rules are negotiable at a private game for BlackJack. Player could decide whether or not a burn card was dealt, could request courtesy shuffles whenever he wished, could split A's multiple times (some casinos allow this already). For one player, we even allowed a surrender after a double, normally a rule in Spanish 21.. all depends on the casino and the expected loss. Minimum bet was $1K/hand, the player could play up to 6 hands with a maximum initial bet on the table of $40K (before splits and doubles)

[deleting quoted post questioning motives of OP]

I see nothing that looks out of the ordinary or unbelievable and everyone should get the benefit of the doubt IMO. I routinely see such apparent situations in the casinos. Yes he has just recently joined CD and started posting which always raises suspicions, but everyone here had a first post at some point in time.

A likely scenario could be that he recently came into money, perhaps an inheritance or he hit a business home run (China has been an emerging country in recent years and a lot of wealth growth has occurred there). He's been playing at his "local" casinos for some time and perhaps now is ready to enjoy his wealth by traveling and partying. So in prep he searches online for info, finds CD, sets up an account, and asks a few reasonable questions. His bet size and bankroll is nothing out of the ordinary. You'll often see $1000+ bets out on the main floor of the upscale casinos, not to mention what goes on in the high limit rooms. Wanting to go clubbing and hook up with a hot gal is certainly not out of the ordinary either.

I know several US players in the same situation but reversed, looking to make, or having just recently made, their first trip Macau after substantial play in the USA. Would you not have questions and do prep research if you were traveling to a foreign country half way 'round the world for the first time?
