Hi all. I am currently in the planning stage of replacing a concrete driveway with paver stones. Does anyone know whether a building permit is required for this project in Las Vegas? Thanks in advance.

try your local home Depot. I think I once saw a machine or an ad about getting permits there. Give them a call or of course call the city..

Yeah - I would worry far more about an HOA. Pavers are architectural...and can be controversial. The building permit will be a pay the fee and do it if required.

No HOA you are pretty much good to go. Any of the paver guys know the permit thing.
