I saw that on the news and was BFD 25 jobs...yeah tech is making a huge move to Vegas. Now whoever started calling a server "the cloud" now that guy's a genius.

That what I was thinking unless there is construction to go with it. But maybe other tech companies will follow.

Data centers are not a downtown kind of operations. They like big, spread out, anonymous locations. From an architectural standpoint, they're very much like warehouses, but with much higher energy consumption.
