Range is about 200 miles, give or take. I wouldn't want to take the truck on a road trip, because if I hit a bad traffic jam, I'm basically S.O.L.

Understandable. I read about one of these CNG engines on a Honda Civic. If memory serves right it has about 280 mile range on the highway so I was thinking that's just about LA so if you filled it up around Barstow or Victorville just in case you would be fine heading anywhere from Santa Barbara down to San Diego.

I guess I should have kept my mouth shut! LOL.... How gas can go from $2.88 to $3.59 in just a month is beyond me?

I go to the gas pump like I'm going to pay a utility bill. Easier to budget that way.

Demand is pretty consistent it's the supply that the refineries purposely constrain to jack up the prices. It's not coincidence that refineries will go offline at the same time for maintenance.

Oh but no, We're switching over to the summer blend thats why the prices are high...yeah right.

I no longer fill up a full tank whenever I go to a gasoline station and I go to different Chevron stations all around town but not the same one on a regular basis. I know Chevron gas prices are generally higher compared to other brands but my car runs better with its gas. GREED is the answer on why prices are so high now and people are pretty much accustomed to paying these outrageous prices.

My wife says the same thing to her friends and co-workers when the subject comes up.

I started driving when gas was 89 cents and I will keep driving when it is the same price as Europe or higher. We all will adjust accordingly.
