I'm looking to move to Las Vegas next year and i was wondering where are the safest neighborhoods? I know i am probably just being paranoid, but any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

Go back through all the other posts. You are not being paranoid but this question has been asked, answered and asked again.

If you want to make sure you and your home are safe, get a Nevada Concealed Fireams Permit and start packing. That's kept me and my house safe for years.

Paranoid people have the option of living in tracts with guarded gates and if that's not enough you can also alarm your home. The neighborhood isn't really the issue once you've reached that point though. Maybe a weapon or some sedatives would help. Not both though!

I strongly recommend visiting Vegas, renting a car (or driving from LA) and driving the neighborhoods both during the day and in the evening to see what you would assume is safe. Mostly everyone here grew up elsewhere at some point in their life and have differing opinions of what is safe to them.

Try visiting Henderson's Vegas's and North Vegas's web sites. They should all have a crime data map
