Can't tell from the typo if the house is $635k or the mortgage payment is $635. It would be nice to live in Vegas but the admission fee is very high compared to Texas. New houses in master-planned communities run around $350k here in Texas. I bought my house slightly south of $200k almost 15 years ago and it has appreciated to $250k. I could barely afford to pay double!

Visiting Vegas right now. Winter IMHO is the best time to visit!

$635.00 mortgage payment is the appropriate figure.

Kerr Town, yes houses in Texas are cheaper, but OHHHH those taxes on the property. Wanted to help family member buy a house (cheaper home), but taxes are over the top on the property.
