I try to get them to take my business card. They try to hand me a card, I try to hand them one right back.

Try it sometime. The reactions are priceless.

You have to snap the card three times, then they will take it

Also, where do you get money for Mental Illness programs in a state that does not collect an income tax? Those programs exist in other states, because they collect a state income tax.
You are really defending income tax? No wonder you're worried about mental illness. Proves my theory that Gnu Yawkers have all been brain washed by socialists. I've thought that all my life, but now I know.

No...just explaining to those who expect services in a state which does not collect it, not to expect those services. We pay the highest in the nation...you pay zero. There should be a happy medium somewhere between the two.

So, I hate to tell you, you're wrong on all counts.
Then they are private in name only. If the property owner doesn't have the right to shoot trespassers or stop them from loitering/soliciting - for ANY reason, it isn't private property.

Sometimes I get the urge to beat these people up when I see them. The casinos should have muscle to teach them a lesson, but then some slick pro-bono lawyer would sue on their behalf. If we shot the lawyers too, America would be perfect.
