No...just explaining to those who expect services in a state which does not collect it, not to expect those services. We pay the highest in the nation...you pay zero. There should be a happy medium somewhere between the two.

Then they are private in name only. If the property owner doesn't have the right to shoot trespassers or stop them from loitering/soliciting - for ANY reason, it isn't private property.

Sometimes I get the urge to beat these people up when I see them. The casinos should have muscle to teach them a lesson, but then some slick pro-bono lawyer would sue on their behalf. If we shot the lawyers too, America would be perfect.
