My inspection report is in and I am in desperate need of a plumber to do an additional inspection and supply and estimate before closing of escrow around the 16th. There are several areas of concern. I also need a licensed electrician, but that can wait until after closing. I would really like some referrals that you have used and were happy with. I tell you one thing - I used Alphainspection and got a 95 page report. Guess some people have really good work ethics. I've been in California waaaay to long and haven't seen that for a while. Thanks for any help you can give - yet again lol. Denise

I've never had a bad experience using a contractor that has been highly recommended by multiple people on Angie's List.

My experience with any contractors: electricians, plumbers, painters...etc is that, you need to know exactly what you want to get done, and explain to them clearly and precisely. Most of these people just go by what's been told, and are only interested in getting it done in the fastest way to get paid. They can notand are not interested in figuring out what is better or what you really want.
