Ok then. We need to start a new campaign to keep people out of the upper North Las Vegas valley. Although I might feel a little guilty lying to them all. But on the other hand, if it keeps traffic down, that's less cars that try to run me over on my walks.

Real estate agents unfotunately are not always believeable. So, really where should I buy a 2br 2 bath condo?
If you want an area that has more walkability to stores than you should look in Henderson like the Green Valley area. There is affordable housing and shopping and dining is close by. Other area's are nice too but Henderson seemed to have done a better job regarding accessability to shopping. Depending where you live in Henderson it doesn't take long to get to the strip.

Grandfathered for those who owned before the rule was passed. There are and will be rentals...but not by new owners.

Actually a great place to own a rental. But you can't buy one.

There is a really nice 55 and older gated community in Henderson Called Mountain View court. It is a modular home community with a nice pool, rec-center and gym, tennis courts, the properties are kept beautiful and everyone is really nice.
The rents start at $750.00 a month it's better than living in a condo, you have more space you have your own covered parking and storage shed. The landlord maintains the modular home for you. It's so close to shopping and dining and you would find the people that live there very friendly and nice. There are folks that have lived there for years and some have only lived there for months. It's a secret garden of eden for 55 and older folks.

You can contact their leasing office: 702-435-7363

The only problem with that theory is the fact that when I researched the sales data for the address, I found that the unit was a recent purchase.
Que paso, amigo?

It is not a theory. The flaw is that the owner ends up getting fined $50 a day after a neighbor complains.

One can ignore HOA rules but in this case it will have repercussions.

How did you get a unit number from those examples?
