It took many months for the smart meter to show up on my account.

Default "Time-Of-Use" meter vs "Smart" meter

in late February 2012, virtually 100% of my neighbors' homes in this Henderson housing addition had the smart meters installed.....I was not aware of this until I noticed small light coming from meters while on nightly walks a month later

well, I have been on "time-of-use" rate meter and was expecting to have a "smart" meter installed just like everyone else......so the question, has anyone else on TOU rates experienced this.....such that you were skipped and still have your same TOU meter?

also, I have read on NV ENERGY filings, that exsisting TOU customers are not eligible to participate in their dynamic pricing trials.....just seems as if that could be a very receptive customer opinion group
