This won't be immediate help, but I'm moving to vegas next month and finalizing a deal with my jazz quartet to do a weekly set in a small cabaret venue at one of the casinos...you can check out my music here if you like:

iTunes - Music - At Last by Michael Kaczurak

...as a side note, I'm sure there has to be a lot of the "lounge style" singers (Sinatra, Bennett, Martin, etc.) in those smaller side bars.

Hopefully, not a hijack.

Approx. 10-12 years ago (say the year 2000), at M.G.M. there used to be a restaurant known as "The Brown Derby".

They had a lounge act of a Sinatra impersonator, and boy was he great!

The best I can come up with that he was a former postal mailman from New England, ( I want to say Massachusetts).

He had the act down, the voice was spot on and even had a passing resemblance to Mr. Sinatra.

The only thing I don't know was his name and if he is continuing to perform anywhere.

Anyone know?

At the newly remodeled Plaza Casino (downtown at the end of the Fremont Street Experience) is a show called The Rat Pack Is Back. They have an old-school dinner show with people recreating the Rat Pack and I have to say, it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Not cheesy. Very talented singers... even a Marilyn Monroe look-alike to round out the act.

Exactly where I got the idea Banger! I remember that guy. He was unreal. Would get a beer after work , sit down and listen to a few Sinatra songs. Was the closest thing to Hoboken in Vegas I have found. Was looking for the same type act since my family is out here from Jersey. I shall keep Googling.

Check out Frankie Moreno at the Palms 1000pm on Tuesday night $7 cover or he plays at the M on Friday night. He has a top notch band including a horn section and string section too. Guess he might be going to the Strat sometime in the future. Also Matt Goss does a good lounge act but his band isn't as big as Moreno's but they are good. I just heard Moreno last Tuesday and he was fantastic. Checking out the show were a lot of the local entertainers including Gordie Brown who sat in, a Female singer from Jefferson Starship, and the lead singer for Zowie Bowie. Apparently it's a place to be seen if you are in the music business.

The Rat Pack is Back is no longer at the Plaza since its remodeling. The best Rat Pack Show is

Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show - Shadows in the Desert

I believe they're at the Hilton. I know what you're looking for on a smaller scale in a casino lounge. It doesn't exist in Vegas anymore. I've looked. Matt Goss is great but not authentic.
