Looking around on Yahoo and Google then came across these threads. All for one area code.

Bonus...

I think there were one or two more on the second pages but who looks on the second page of search engines right? . Didn't know that this was a desirable area.

For the custom to semi-custom homes with larger lots in gated communities -- pretty much half the price for what you would pay for something similar in Summerlin. Centennial Hills shopping center is not too far away and that has pretty much everything needed. Shoot down the opposite direction on Durango / Rampart and within minutes you are at Tivoli Vilage and Boca Park. There can be a lot of bang for the buck in 89129.

My in-laws had a really nice semi custom home in a gated community in 89129 with a large lot and loved it.

I hope so. My wife is looking forward to having some alternative shopping up north.

Been in 89129 for ten years and like it better than any other part of town. olecapt lives up here too, and a few others that post.

But since zip codes cover a lot of ground, you really need to go by the neighborhoods or cross streets.
