Dubstep music and shaky camera? I think it's kind of annoying and doesn't really show off the property that well.
What do you think?

3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath 2 garage townhouse for rent, North Las Vegas 89084 - YouTube

You will know dubstep when you hear it. Look up Chloe Lattanzi "play with me" on Youtube if you are not faint of heart,

I just threw up a little in my mouth.

At 2:13 you can see the girl responsible for the terrible camera work...possibly using her cell phone as the video camera.

Those intro strings sounded great! Too bad it was a dubstep beat that accompanied them and not a trance beat. That would be off the wall!

As for the video, well....

That's really amateur. When I had mine up for sale they did a pretty good 360º view of every room.

I watched it without the sound.
Was interesting to see my townhome with different colors, a fireplace (don't have one) and some weird colors. Plus the ugly light in the dining area, I have a nice ceiling fan with tulip lamps.

Very interesting and creative for the type of clients she may be attracting. The popularity of Dubstep music is growing. I have 2 co-workers now that cant get enough of it. Bug me every chance they get to hear something new. lol

This realtor is just trying something new and keeping up with what the younger crowd that may fall for this type of stuff. Youtube is free so it does not cost her a dime to make this. Why not go for it.

I say great idea.

Ten foot pole. My first thought, and one that continued throughout the video was, "What are they trying to hide?" The constant need to look between two videos sided by side (then split later) led me to the conclusion that they really don't want you to be able to concentrate enough on them to see problem areas in the house.

I wouldn't bother to look at the house. And when we come to Las Vegas to do so (probably next year) we will skip on anything that resembles this.
