Hi,

We are looking for a realtor to help us find a rental house. We need an agent who is available to show us houses in Summerlin this week. If someone could pm me suggestions that would be great. TIA!

If you want to find a realtor in Vegas, call the local homeless shelters which are full of them!

LMAO!

Not the homeless shelters, just ask the clerk at 7-eleven, the guy stocking produce or pulling weeds for cash. It seems like everyone and their dog is or was a real estate agent out here.

Finding a realtor to buy a house is no problem, but finding one to show rentals seems like a specialty. Olecapt might do that, or if not, probably knows someone. I'd DM him. I don't know if they still do this, but the last time we rented (1991-94) we went through a builder that had foreclosed properties that they rented out probably waiting for values to go up. So I bet they all have that going on. Them and banks. I'd be interested to know that myself.
