Too many for a favorite, but y'all should see Desert Bloom. And in Rock Hudson's last film, Las Vegas Strip Wars, my former associate in the ad game played his casino manager. Also, The Gauntlet, starring Clint Eastwood, gives a good look at Las Vegas before the building boom/California invasion. And once in about 1980, mo'lady got left on the cutting room floor of one that I thought was a Smokey and The Bandit sequel, but I forget. That was after they dropped paint out of a helicopter on her. It ruined her clothes but she was happy as a pig in sh**. Lots of friends in Las Vegas belong, or belonged, to the Screen Extras' Guild which was merged with the Screen Actors' Guild. You'd go to a movie and look for people you knew, as well as locations that were familiar. Funny how they can be chasing a car through an alley off Fremont, then cut to the same chase going the wrong way on The Strip.

Agreed.

But I guess if I had to pick just one movie, it would be the original Ocean's Eleven.

The Cooler was a great movie; mostly shot in Reno, however.
