Does anyone have some good exercises for the chest, butt, and legs?

Strange question for a Vegas forum :-)

Why not look up chest workouts and leg workouts on youtube?

I do that all the time to get new ideas/knowledge on working out.

Benchbress and squats get my vote though.

Before the Mod comes and cancels this thread for it being unrelated to Vegas, let me answer with a few Vegas-specific suggestions:

Chest: Throwing dice at the craps table as hard as you can... like a baseball pitcher. Pay no attention to the disapproving looks from the Pit Boss or the complaints from the other players who are ducking your throw. Conversely, doing 10 push-ups against the craps table every time you roll a 7 or 11 should get you in shape in no time.

Butt: Forcefully bumping your way through the long buffet line at the M Resort may help you firm up those glutes. Use your hips. Be sure to aim for the larger "tourists of size" to get that extra burn. Be sure not to eat anything once you muscle your way to the front of the line.

Legs: Audition for a "pole" position at Little Darlings or Crazy Horse II or something. Lots and lots of deep knee bends are required.
