I have had minimal problems with bugs while living in the Vegas area. Experienced a few random roaches in Green Valley, and a few in the Southwest part of town. Nothing too bad in either area though. Since living in the Peccole Ranch area (2 different apartment complexes, about 2 years all together), I've seen one spider in my home. That's it. I really don't think Vegas has much of a bug problem compared with many other parts of the country. The roaches are gross, but I've noticed them in other desert areas as well.
