we just had family in town for thanksgiving and they play blackjack.
they were interested in knowing who offers 6-5 vs. 3-2 blackjack, and we were unable to tell them. (we play craps, let it ride and roulette.)

they're coming back out in the spring and we would like to clue them in.

who's doing what? or where is a good place to look?

thanks in advance

6-5 BJ has about a 1.4% higher house edge. It is a garbage game.

♠Blackjack Strategy and Odds - The Wizard of Odds

Go there and scroll down to the BJ calculator.

Most houses...at least that want to compete for business...offer 3-2 with multiple decks.

which is why we want to know who is doing what. we certainly wouldn't play 6-5 odds if 3-2 was offered elsewhere.
thanks for the link

There's also one other thing to watch in BJ. Not only find out who is offering 3-2, find out who is not using the continuous shuffle machines. It's a rare time one can do anything with the continuous shuffle now because you rarely have a neutral deck or a deck rich in 10's. Instead you have an infinite number.

Its dependent on the game also. Some places pay 6/5 on single deck while double and 6 deck shoe pays 3/2. playing on a 6/5 game is a waste of time unless the dealer is a gift shop. You’re better off playing a variation like Spanish,Switch or Superfun

counting to 21 in spanish would be from uno to veintiuno. The last digit would still make use of su pene. And when I make use of mi pene...it's always known as superfun!
