I had a interview for (valet) on 8-12-2010 at The Venetian/Palazzo hiring center . I interviewed with with three different people that day. They said i would hear something either way in a couple of weeks. I'm assuming there doing a background, criminal, credit check. So far i haven't heard nothing. I keep calling there employment hot line and the lady only tells me my application is being processed. Can anyone tell me what is going on???????? Is this normally for this company??????? I would love to hear from you. Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!

without valet experience, i highly doubt (sorry) that you have a shot.. you should be trying downtown or at a smaller facility.... did you meet with Gayle?

why would the company spend money on background checks if i did not have a shot at the job??????????????? your not much help grouch. thanks for answering everthing but my orginal question.

never said you didn't have a shot...and how do you know that they are running the background check? did they send you for finger prints and drug test? geez....and no i don't work there, i work at another casino however, i know the hr manager and the vp of ops.... i was offered there and at my current casino, the pay was equal.. but i had a much better opportunity to move up (which i already have) at my current casino
