From reading around as well as seeing what people here are paying for a good middle class home, it seems the median price is around $110,000 - $120,000 or so. But I'm seeing what look like good middle class homes in the $70,000 - $80,000 range on realtor.com

First is a short. May be a little low but not out of range.
Second is a REO. Been avaiable for a while. Restricted to owner occupant.
Third is a REO. Price is about right.
Fourth is a short. Priced about right. Up next to Nellis AFB. Heavy noise impact.
