Utilities in Las Cruces (townhouse, electric bill, gas)

Can anyone give me some idea as to what utilities run in various times of the year?
Just trying to get some idea....

900 square foot townhouse.

Summer june/july/aug/sept (ref air at 75-78)
Elec $180
City (gas, water, sewer etc) $70

Winter nov/dec/jan/feb (gas heat at 68-70)
Elect $70
City $150

Remaining months are about $70 each because the temps are about perfect outside

This is for an ~1800 square foot newer house in Las Cruces with efficient hvac system (electric ac, gas heat), gas stove, electric hot water. Temp kept around 70 degrees. Data for 2012.
