High quality win. Dobbs is certainly the future, the line seems to improve, and the running game is finally showing some progress.

UT destroyed UK in football 50-16 that was sad but its basketball season in the Bluegrass State.. most fans have given up on football for the Big Blue. It would be nice to beat UL and make a bowl game but I don't see it happening. Hats off to UT they are getting better, Butch Jones is a doing a good job in Knoxville but our defense was horrible in that game. I see better High School teams defenses than UK.

Major statement win tonight. Throttling a KY team that looked on fire until a few weeks ago is huge. MO will be a big test, but I think we can beat them. Unless the wheels roll off, I can't see us losing to Vandy, and if we win, we're bowl eligible. For a team that was 3-5 and looked terrible until Dobbs stepped in, this is a welcome turnaround.

If the Vols didn't have all those players missing, I think they would have had the game last night.

I think so too. I knew our odds got a lot worse with the suspesnsions. I see no reason we can't beat Vandy and get a bowl though.

Vandy, despite their massive struggles, shouldn't be taken lightly. And while it is "on the road", I know UT will have the majority of the fans...but we can't take anything for granted. Vanderbilt would like nothing more than to spoil our season and beat us 3 straight times for the first time since the mid 1920s.

I would expect Vandy to play up and throw out all the stops. I would be surprised if it is an easy win.

Vandy has been preparing and will definitely be doing everything they can to win. The Vols can't let their guard down.

It was a tough road to get here, but this is a big mental step back in the right direction. It really doesn't matter which bowl (probably the Music City -- which is fine), but the big deal is the boys won't be sitting at home for the holidays.
