Whoa, Linda, we all want your daughter to move in!! It must be that rush of hormones surging through her veins now that her tummy is popping!!

Did you take pictures? We could start a new thread: "TN grandbabies and kids!" I have about 3,000 pictures I could post just to get us started!

Where is the gazebo going? Is it an actual yard gazebo?

Thanks for thinking about us. We were very fortunate with just yard debris damage. There were 4 tornadoes in our county, but driving into town today, I only saw downed trees, flooded roads and yards, and leaves and twigs everywhere. I didn't see any damaged homes. I think they were all outside of town. No tornado hit town - that I am sure of.

I am so glad that your family in Woodstock is all okay. There were some areas that had damage close to there. Nasty weather; we all get it one time or another!

Default dropping in

Just dropping by to say hi. Yes, daughter was very good to me but then again, she can afford it and I cant so its nice that she helps out.

Boy, a new place to post pics, now that would probably be 100 pages on the first day as I too could post 1000's of pics, LOL>

Hope everyone has or had(depends when you read this)a great Easter.

I just got front row seats for Country Tonight in April. I have been so lucky with getting great seats. We also went to Dollywood on Thurs, it was crowded but we had fun, its Festival of Nations right now, Dolly's shows dont start until May. Food was fantastic there but if you are dieting DO NOT GO IN THE BAKERY, wow, I couldnt resist.

Gailli, I am so glad that you are enjoying TN so much. The Dolly shows will be great. They are worth the crowds and traffic. Keep in touch.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Yikes, has anybody else received an email about the Overlook at Montvale in Maryville. I received a blip from Live South today.

More development. It apparently has over 100 acres of preserved green space for hiking, so I don't know how many acres are reserved for homes, clubhouse, etc.

"Nestled next to Foothills Parkway".

Hey Gem-- I don't know anything about that (over)development, but are you back to looking at land? Or are you still planning on buying your new place?

And how's your hubby doing? Has he fully recuperated?

Default Taking a look

We're going to drive through the area in the next week. Name is intriguing. Let's see if a personal tour lives up to the hype.
