Blue Springs is seeing a second wave of growth, not quite like the first wave in the 70's and 80's, but it is definitely going through another boom and much of the growth is redevelopment, which is a good thing.

I can't even imagine the schools not being good there. If the schools in BS are going downhill, then the entire metro KC area is in serious trouble...

Does anyone know how bad the commute is or might be from Blue Springs to Clarinda, Iowa? Postal transferrees from SoCal, trying to get our bearings. Thanks..
