It does sound vague. Some people don't know how to convey what they want to say in words. As them if you are still one of their viable candidates. What I see is that they will take a couple more weeks. I would email them back and reiterate that you appreciate their time and make a few pointers from the interview and how your skill set fits for the position.
Did you send a thank you for the interview email out?

Just keep applying to other jobs; there is no telling what the means so don't waste your time trying to figure it out.
