This would give you the opportunity to make the drive from these areas.
I have driven in Atlanta traffic so pretty much anything would be an improvement.
As many folks have said timing makes all the difference. You basically have 2 choices to get from the OP/Flemming Island side of town over to the Arlington expressway area.
295s or 10E
With 295 you have the Buckman bridge and with 10E well the area right at 10 & Cassat/Mcduff is where there seems to be tons of congestion

Yeah, I hope to be making a few trips. Right now, we are sort of narrowing our initial search down to this part of Clay County and Northern St. Johns County. Compared to Atlanta traffic, I suspect I could live in Orlando and still drive to Jacksonville and have an improved commute time. (sarcasm). I've been really pleased by the school and neighborhood research in both of these areas, although, St.Johns County seems to be more expensive.
