My similitude in comparison with the other prophets before me,
is that of a man who has built a house nicely and beautifully,
except for a place of one brick in a corner.
The people go about it and wonder at its beauty,
but say: 'Would that this brick be put in its place!'

That is very interesting. Did Muhammad happen to say how much Adam weighed?
I am 6 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds. I figure Adam was about 16 times my height, which would make him about 3200 pounds. Am I correct?

Only if you are both 2 dimensional. However since most people are three dimensional you have to also increase Width and breadth so you have 200x16x16x16=?
Now what we don't know is if the height of Adam is an allegorical or actual measurement. In either case we also do not know if the 3 dimensions would have been in the same proportion. as we are today.
Perhaps the only real understanding would be to read the ayyat and see Adam was a very mighty man, perhaps beyond our thoughts.

Why should Adam be "beyond our thoughts"? Since he is my direct ancestor, he must have been just a human, albeit one with a huge appetite.

Try to imagine having a very long life span, The first part of it alone. Being the only one of your kind and having direct contact with God(swt) and the angels. The first Human and having the knowledge of being the first. A life very few if any of us can comprehend.

"I know the person who will be the last to come out of the (Hell) Fire, and the last to enter Paradise.
He will be a man who will come out of the (Hell) Fire crawling, and Allah will say to him,
Go and enter Paradise.
He will go to it, but he will imagine that it had been filled,
and then he will return and say,
O Lord, I have found it full.
Allah will say,
'Go and enter Paradise, and you will have what equals the world and ten times as much
(or, you will have as much as ten times the like of the world).
On that, the man will say,
'Do you mock at me (or laugh at me) though You are the King?"
("I saw Allah's Apostle (while saying that) smiling that his premolar teeth became visible.
It is said that will be the lowest in degree amongst the people of Paradise")
