Have you looked into the administration costs?
im willing to complicate things if its the smart way to go for me and my kids.

it seems tough to get real cost information without sitting down with a lawyer. if you have any idea of what to expect, id be happy to hear your two cents.

Without knowing much much more about your specific situation, I'd rather not try to give you any advice here. It would probably be worth your while though, to pay for a couple hours of a lawyer's time. Sit down and have a nice chat and explain what you want to do and why. Make sure you do this with a competent attorney, not some attorney who is only interested in selling you a trust. In other words, beware of the trust mills.
