Website Help With RSS (how to, work, blogs, http)

I have a company blog on blogspot and I want to feed it to my company website. Can anyone tell me the best way to put an rss feed on my website or point me in the right direction to find out how to it. I have googled the crap out of it I can't seem to find what I am looking for as far as coding for my website.

easy enough, since this would take some time for me to write it all out, i think it would be just fine if i gave you a couple of links, it would make more sense rather than have me write it all out.
