I tried using Keepvid, but it seems to only support Youtube. I am looking for any good, easy to use, and free software that will download online videos from any site not just Youtube, Dailmotion, or Metacafe. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

Don't bother with software. Get a VGA->composite video converter and connect it and your audio out to a DVD recorder.
Nevermind. It is impossible to download the videos from that site, so there was nothing wrong with the software. I tried several other software(orbit download, freecorder, realplayer, download helper(firefox) and none worked. Oh well.

I also had such a problem.
I don't know why, but there's no good software, which would fit me.
All the online services or browser extensions are very slow and have quality loss.
This is why I've decided to buy RipTiger (http://www.riptiger.com) to download streaming videos.
It's not very expensive, but with it's help one can automatically download videos from any sites on the fly.
