So when the reporter says "Victims or victim's neighbors just moved from Chicago to escape violence" its a lie? Look, I'm usually on your side Toxic and I'm well aware of the fear mongering that local news churns out, but some things are just true.

Without doing the research now, I have heard rumblings that much of the drug and violent activity going on in Indy now may be tied to Chicago gangs and locals who resent the Chicago gangs encroaching on their turf.

It is quite possible that is related. I don't really know. When someone pushes heroin in my neighborhood, I do not often ask where they are from and the police in our meetings rarely mention it.

I am just saying the police working the beat are more reliable sources of information than the evening news.
