Hey, thanks for providing ammunition for the people who like to crap on Hamilton County--that sort of holier-than-thou attitude is precisely what gets the folks who live in Marion to act that way! Truth be told, I've seen enough of your posts to know that you're reasonable and this is probably partly ironic.
But not everyone who lives elsewhere in Indy metro is bouncing in their chairs, trying to find a way to move to HamCo. I'm very, very happy where I am in Pike--precisely because I'm not around people who think material aspirations are the key to determining their worth as individuals. Not that this characterizes everyone in Hamilton County by any means...but it does likely characterize more people there than anywhere else in metro Indy (or Indiana, for that matter).
