im looking at areas to live in indy. thinking maybe delaware? can someone give me some insights on ideal safe places for a single lady in her 20s? budget is $600. thanks

Delaware, as in the street? That's a pretty long street. In different segments it runs from the south side near Troy Ave all the way into Hamilton County.

ya some more Info is needed so we know where you want to relocate

Edit: I would recommend Broad Ripple if your a single though as your most fun in Indy is either on Broad Ripple or Mass. Ave. Indy's Cultural Districts have a different focus. I would say you should visit the people both in the Mass Ave. Culture District and Broad Ripple.

Delaware Street between 10th and Fall Creek is a good area. It runs through St. Joseph, Old Northside, Herron-Morton, and Fall Creek Place. I know a girl that used to live in an apartment at 13th and Delaware, she walked everywhere she needed to go and never had a problem. Goose The Market at 25th and Delaware is fantastic, if you are interested.

does anyone know about the reverie estates? this one's by fall creek. there are hardly any reviews about these? any insight?
