Rates to increase 3.15% for cars without I-Zoom.

It will cost $9.40 for cars to drive the length of the toll road in Indiana.

The last time I drove across the Indiana toll road I tried to use my I-PASS and the toll plaza attendant told me it wasn't compatible, so I would have to pay cash. I argued with her because I knew it was and had used it before.

She refused to lift the gate until I paid cash, and a line was forming behind me. So I paid.

When I looked at my I-PASS activity it had charged my Indiana Toll road activity to my I-PASS.

exactly.
Ironically up in this area there are 2 or 3 major roads you can take to avoid the toll road.
In the South Bend area take the bypass.
2nd US 20 and US 12 are parallel to the toll road. a little slower but worth the scenary
