Does anyone have info on the subdivision itself? Does it have a Civic League? does it have a Pool?
Tried to find info in internet, but all I can seem to find is a list of subdivisons but no info about them.

If Brookview is the subdivision out on State Road 26 East, then I do not recall a pool being there. It is basically a middle class subdivision about 20 to 25 years old. Faith Baptist Church and schools are next to it.

I do not think it has a pool, but I can say it seems like a nice neighborhood.

Southside--that is not it--I think that's brookfield (by faith baptist/meijer)
Brookview is on the southside by 350/Veterans Mem. Pkwy.

I can only think of one or two neighborhoods with a pool and this is not one of them--it is VERY uncommon in Lafayette to have a pool or really any perks besides maybe a playground or walking trails.

I'm not even sure what a Civic League is in this context?

Thanks for clarifying that. I got the two confused.

We did end up buying the house in Brookview last year. We're loving the house and the yard - great backyard with shed and privacy fence. Love the location.
Having come from Hampton-Roads Virginia, the traffic here is amazing! I can find my way anywhere, lol. Love it.
Yes, Brookview is where 9th street crosses VMP (Veteran's Memorial Parkway). It has nice wide streets - very nice for walking our dog.
