Hi! I would LOVE some suggestions for a rental agent, property managment company or such to contact about renting a home in the New Albany area.
We are probably looking in the $800-1200 a month range.

We will be moving to the area in June or July from NC.

As I understand it , suggestions have to be sent via Direct Message..
you can do that by clicking my user name and selecting "Send Direct Message".

Thanks in advance!

I will give you this suggestion: you are better off going to New Albany and driving around looking for FOR RENT signs. Honestly.

I moved here in September and there were zero agencies or people that were good at what you describe... not to mention that all of the better stuff is rented out by sole landlords. Eventually I found a good rental home through the help of a friend.

I highly recommend that if you want any selection at all and a good quality rental home that you do this. I also recommend that you expand your search to Clarksville and Jeffersonville.
