Because illegal aliens are criminals to start with (and need to be punished accordingly)----------besides; the USA does not need those losers to do any work that Americans are quite capable of doing.

If we were that need of unskilled labor; can someone say work visas? Besides; maybe we would prefer Filipinos or Jamaicans in place of Mexicans since the former speak English.

Illegal Alien: Definition from Answers.com

Your desperation is showing, that1guy, if you have to make such inane posts.

Speak for yourself. Illegals do not mow my lawn, they did not build my house, and I get my fruit and veggies from local growers who do not employ illegals. Whatever they may pay into social security using a stolen or fake SSN, is but a mere pittance compared to what they take from taxpayers. Get real!

I swear: the illegal alien apologists are losing their marbles it seems----------the more that amnesty gets pushed back by the Obama Administration (if it ever passes).

Thanks for the oh-so-enlightening migration tidbit. Who knew?
Well evidently you did not. So please don't get bent out of shape when immigration is discussed in a general term...

This is the ILLEGAL immigration forum. If you wish to discuss immigration in the “general” term, you are in the wrong place. They are illegal aliens, and no amount of fanciful delusions will change that fact. Get over it.

Consider the source.

They are here illegally because of the immigration laws--laws which are not enforced because if they were it would cause entire industries to collapse. The U.S. Fruit and Vegetable Industry would cease to exist. Our new construction projects would flounder. Large sections of the U.S. economy would grind to a halt.

Sure, capable, maybe, but not willing. How many white fruit pickers do you know?

Who cares? When is the last time you tried to hold a conversation with a fruit picker, or an immigrant construction worker? Is your lack of ability to communicate with these people causing you problems? If so, maybe you should shell out $3 for an English-Spanish dictionary.

With this deep recession: all of your arguments are moot.

Besides: there is something called minimum wage here in the USA; if greedy employers are not willing to pay it, either they go to jail or move their operations SoB. Problem solved.

As mentioned above in the answer to Az-bear, illegal aliens are here illegally because of a body of immigration laws that our gov't cannot enforce because it would cause entire U.S. industries to collapse.

Instead of trying to enforce immigration laws, maybe we should loosen them up and welcome in these hard working citizens.
