Wouldn't something like a national database for companies who hire illegal immigrants be useful? I'm not sure how one would be able to determine if a company has knowingly hired illegals, but I'm sure such a site could be created and modified to serve this purpose. The easiest entries would be of those who openly admit to hiring illegals in news articles. It would put pressure on companies when the government has chosen not to. And all those who want to get involved and are passionate about making a difference can boycott the companies on the list.

Seems like a good idea. Is there a site already out there?

I would be on board for that. After all, the only reason companies hire illegals is greed. If we were to show our displeasure in a way that would cost them, they just may listen and obey the law.

I also don't know of any such list(s) but I'm certain that many companies defended by the US Chamber of Commerce, La Raza, LULAC, CASA Maryland, MALDEF, etc. likely employ illegal aliens.

I think we need a real way for Employers to know who is Illegal and who isnt.
Also you could boycott Bank of America and others who cater to Illegals.

I boycott any company or business that I suspect hires illegal immigrants. I would love to see a website dedicated to outing these traitors.

A National Database would be a great idea.. or a website regarding which companies and/or businesses hire illegals. There is one called www.wehirealiens.com but it doesn't appear to updated that frequently AND there is no way to tell the accuracy of the listings..

The "wehirealiens" site is reasonably accurate, plus, it lets anybody use the site to turn in employers. It also has various Phone numbers & web sites that connect to places like ICE, INS, ect. ect. Until something better comes along, its the best we have.

Just start small. Just the area you live. You go to a McDonald's and there is an imbalanced class of workers there, then try elsewhere until you've found a place that is more balanced. And if you go to a fast food place where there's only Latino's working there, tell them at the counter why you're not going to buy anything there, and leave!

What jobs have illegals actually taken away that legal Americans are willing to do for minimum wage? Are you willing to pay $10 for your MickyD compbo meal? This is a little problem compared to our higher paid jobs being outsourced to India and China. Not many people can say they lost thier job to an illegal but there are millions who can say that thier job was outsourced to another country. These are the companies to go after. They get a majority of thier income from the US consumers, but barely no one here works for them.
