A group of immigrant activists gathered outside the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) federal immigration agency on Wednesday, calling for an end to what they perceived to be the indiscriminate deportation of immigrants.
Holding banners calling out the Trump administration’s anti-immigration agenda, frustrated demonstrators stood on the sidewalk outside DHS headquarters chanting, “When we see our communities are under attack, what do we do? Stand up fight back!”

Fear is good: maybe those illegal aliens will get the word it ain't safe to be in the USA and will go back home.

I haven't heard of one case where Trump, actually ICE, has deported an immigrant. Not one!

So, she says her mother should not have to fear going home. True, but her mother's home is not in the US.

I think these people need to know that illegal aliens have criminalized themselves by committing the crime of unauthorized entry into the US or are here as visa overstays and are not legally present at that point, both deportable and once deported will not be entering the US legally, not even for a visit for years if ever.

ICE really needs to show up at these events, easy catch!

Anti-illegal? Anyone else see the humor in that? Should we all be anti illegal? Against illegal, the reason we have laws. Geesh, where do they come up with stuff like that?

It seems he may have had DACA but left the country without proper papers and came back the illegal way so he violated DACA status and will be seen as a new illegal arrival.

Gotta love illegals and their way of interpreting the law. Another one said he is a good person and that a DUI is not being a band person. I agree that having a DUI doesn't mean you are a very bad person for your entire life but if you have a DUI then you broke the law and can have caused terrible damage and law is law.

All he had to do was follow some simple rules and he couldn't even do that. No sympathy.

Well, surely if you are "forgiven" once, you'll be "forgiven" again?

"“When we see our communities"

Just goes to show how delusional they are becuae of Obama's lack of enforcing imagination laws.

These are NOT THEIR communities.

They are ILLEGAL and hold no claim to anything in the U.S.

Actually, they do hold "claim" to something in the US, their anchor babies! I want them to load them in the pickup and take them to their communities in their home country which is NOT the USA!
